Our exciting new kayaking fitness program aims to get you out kayaking, get you fit and connecting with the outdoors. Suitable for complete beginners to intermediate paddlers.
Over 5 weeks you will learn the skills to kayak confidently and safely with other kayakers. By progressively developing your skills and strength over the course, we aim to improve general fitness and well being, while making a connection with nature.
You will receive advice on nutrition, training and conditioning from one of Europe's top kayakers -David Horkan. Davids experience and resume is considerable, having completed many endurance events around the world. Kayaking for 21 hours non stop, paddling 700 miles around Vancouver Island and racing 111km non stop through the Australian night are just some of his achievements.
Not only will you be learning to master a new skill and getting fit with a top instructor, you will also get your fill of two of the most important vitamins know to man. Vitamin "A" and Vitamin "N" - Adventure and Nature!
